Encouraging healthy snack production

Earlee Products is proud to sponsor the FOOD Challenge Awards’ Snack Foods category again in 2008.

The company is an award-winning food design and manufacturing company supplying technology, food products and ingredients to the Australian food manufacturing industry.

Earlee Products received the Les Toques Blanches Quality Product Endorsement in 2005 for its honey-cured, wood-smoked Schinkentec Ham, and another for Baconvenience, a smoked, full-flavoured shoulder bacon in 2006.

A leader in Australia’s primary ingredients industry, Earlee Products has a comprehensive range of stock lines and food ingredient systems available, and if something special is required the company can tailor exclusive products to suit customer requirements.

"Our job is to provide solutions with impact for our clients and their customers, whether it’s a new flavour, product formulation, process or food concept," said Earlee Products managing director Bob Hamilton.

"We believe sponsorship of the 2008 FOOD Magazine Challenge Awards’ Snack Foods category will encourage manufacturers to create and develop healthy and appealing snack food alternatives for an increasingly weight-conscious market."
