The company says the HygienicMaster flowmeter can provide accurate measurements in applications with extreme viscosities, high solid concentrations or low conductivity.

According to the developer, the unit is manufactured from materials approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is certified in accordance with EHEDG and 3A hygienic requirements.

The device has embedded electrodes, a cleanable sensor, a reinforced liner and a graphical display which can be physically rotated through 270 degrees.

The manufacturer claims the flowmeters has capacitive sensor technology which allows users to input or read data without having to remove the transmitter cover.

The machine is compatible with the company’s universal human machine interface (HMI) and the HART protocol. It can also be fitted with alarms and warning mechanisms.
