Fruity mini jellies

Successful extension of an existing range has resulted in MiniPecs, produced by David Medlow Chocolates, becoming a finalist in the FOOD Magazine Challenge Awards.

MiniPecs resulted from the Pecktons range of box pectin jellies and are all natural, gluten free and fat free.

The mini jellies come in boxes containing twelve pieces, representing flavours from the Pecktons Gift Box selections.

MiniPecs, are said to be the only pure pectin jelly product in the Australian confectionery market, with the exception of the the company’s Pecktons range; other pectin jelly products contain starch or gelatine in addition to the pectin.

The product is packaged for gift giving and self consumption, and the consumer can see the product through a window in the front of the sleeve.

The full MiniPec range, along with its ‘big brother’, the Pecktons range, is supplied to Singapore, Japan, New Zealand and Malaysia, and is stocked by David Jones and David Medlow Smith in Australia.
