The equipment can be hired or lease purchased to suit companies which have seasonal peaks in demand for their products.

The Fastfill40 is suited for small volume production, while Fastfill60 and Fastfill100 machines have higher capacity.

The machines are manufactured from stainless steel with a layout designed to be easy to clean.

According to the manufacturer, it has improved on the designs used in the filling nozzles, allowing ice cream manufacturers to produce a variety of tub formats and sizes up to one kilogram tubs.

The machines are capable of handling plain, flavoured, and ripple varieties of products. They can also be used for ice cream containing inclusions such as chocolate pieces.

The volumetric machines can also be used for modified atmosphere packaging, with the ability to reduce residual oxygen levels to below one percent.

Fastfill equipment can also be used to fill soups, sauces, desserts, dips and handle dry products like confectionary, nuts, cereals, as well as non-food products.
