Cleaning mechanism for cool rooms

Aeris Hygiene Services employs a multi-enzyme remediation system.
Aeris Hygiene Services, an environmental technology group focusing on the sanitation of cool rooms, is helping global food suppliers, supermarkets and logistics companies to remediate their cool rooms through a multi-enzyme remediation.

Cool room remediation is vital to any company, as not only will traditional cleaning methods (acid or alkaline solution) corrode assets long-term, they will not break down the source of the problem (biofilm). Aeris Hygiene Services’ multi-enzyme approach has a residual action which prevents colonisation of the cool room surfaces for extended periods.

The results get the temperature down faster and hold at set points, allowing the compressors to cycle off, making facilities more efficient.
