Australian family-owned ‘free from’ brand Orgran has released the Australian-made Vegan Easy Egg. The product is newly available in Coles Supermarkets Australia wide.
When prepared as scrambled eggs, this vegan alternative provides 7.6g of protein per serve, and acts as a good source of fibre while being cholesterol free.
It is chickpea flour, which is rich in fibre, protein and micronutrients. As with all Orgran products, the Vegan Easy Egg is free from seven major health allergens including gluten free, making it the ideal choice for coeliacs and vegans alike.
