Arnott’s Group launches inaugural Graduate Program

The Arnott’s Group has launched a new graduate program to grow local talent and inspire future leaders, helping them to develop, build networks and make a real impact while working across its portfolio of brands.

Thousands of graduates from across Australia and New Zealand applied for the coveted positions with 22 graduates being inducted into the inaugural program in Sydney.

The majority of graduates will be based in the headquarters at North Strathfield, with some working across manufacturing sites at Huntingwood in Western Sydney, Virginia in Queensland, Shepparton in Victoria and Auckland, New Zealand.

The newly created program is a part of the Arnott’s Group’s growth strategy, which requires significant investment in local talent and capability.

The program has been designed to provide recent graduates with a breadth of experience from across the business.

From working to create new biscuit flavours, executing growth strategies with local suppliers or driving innovative sustainability initiatives, the graduate program provides the next generation of leaders with a platform to voice their ideas.

CEO of The Arnott’s Group, George Zoghbi is delighted with the calibre of talent the graduate program has attracted.

“We are excited about nurturing new talents and providing them with valuable experience working with some of Australia’s most iconic brands,” Zoghbi said.

One of the graduates, Maggie Pan, said, she chose the program because of Arnott’s focus on the future.

“Expansion and Innovation were highlighted as key changes. This really excited me, as I knew that I wanted to work for an organisation that proactive in change and constantly evolving,” Pan said.
