Welding pipe networks is so last season for many Australian companies. They’re throwing in the traditional welded stainless steel pipes and going for press pipes, a relatively new system to Australia. These are high quality stainless steel pipes which crimp together – any old hat can do it! This makes them much faster to install – up to 75% faster!
It doesn’t take a genius to do the maths – businesses are saving truck loads of money. They’re forking out less on insurance and labour and they don’t even have to organise welding permits!
Matthew Leimgruber of Smart Engineering & Technologies, the company who sells it all, says customers are chuffed by the quicker, easier network installations, expansions and adaptations.
“These pipes help businesses save on labour, insurance and hot-work permit costs and ensure speedier installations,” Mr Leimgruber said. “For manufacturers, this product is bonza!”
The press piping system has been widely used in Europe, Russia and China since its release in the 1990’s.
“We’ve discovered an innovative product which has the potential to change the way Australians use stainless steel pipe,” Mr Leimgruber said. “This is a system that will really impact a company’s bottom-line.”
The piping system is used on manufacturing and construction plants, in hospitals and gas plants. Basically, if you need pipes to carry any liquid or gas, you’re made.
