Australian made olive spoon

Savannah has released the Olive Spoon, an innovative tool to join its signature ‘Smarts’ range.

“Savannah is all about design, innovation and quality. Savannah Smarts takes it a step further; the new Olive Spoon has been custom-designed with smart features that improve functionality. Where we can take an existing kitchenware product and make it better, we do! We love solving problems through smart design,” said Paul English, Savannah Product Designer at VGM International.

Australian-designed, the spoon features an innovative drainage system designed to extract liquids as efficiently and effectively as possible, with holes ranging from small to large.

These holes can also be used for stripping woody herbs such as thyme and rosemary.

Sometimes it can be hard to actually get into an olive jar. The olive spoon has been designed with a narrow head, making it the right size and shape to fit perfectly into even small-mouthed jars. Yet is also big enough to collect up to four olives at a time (depending their size).

The olive spoon is made from quality materials. The ergonomic handles are made from reinforced nylon with a brushed stainless steel bolster, while the body of the tool is made from robust heavy gauge satin finish 18/8 stainless steel.
