Australia’s best produce named at delicious. awards

Now in its eighth year, the annual ABC delicious. Produce Awards were held in Sydney last night, recognising Australia's best primary and artisan producers.

There were over 3,000 nominations in this year's awards, judged by some of the country's best chefs and food industry experts including Shannon Bennett, Guillaume Brahimi, Christine Manfield, Alla Wolf-Tasker, Maggie Beer, delicious. food editor Valli Little, with the assistance of an expert panel comprising Colin Holt of Hudson Meats, provedore Simon Johnson and John Susman of Fishtales.

John Lethlean, Necia Wilden, Simon Marnie, Simon Thomsen, Matt Preston and Jane Adams oversaw the non-produce categories.
