Causing a Stir-loin

Developed to answer a consumer-driven need for more consistently tender product, Fishers Beef Sirloin was the Highly Commended entrant in this year’s Meat & Smallgoods Award.

Fishers Meats have taken budget beef striploin and turned it into a steak that compares favourably with most of the top grades of sirloin, while being retailed at about 75% of the cost.

Lightly infused with a teriyaki marinade made up of a secret blend of flavours and spices, the moisture enhanced meat has consistent, tenderness and flavour, giving superior cooking yield. The meat is delivered to the retailers frozen, and boasts a massive 730 day shelf life.

Fishers Meats has been processing meat since 1919 and has been a leader of the more progressive meat companies for more than a decade. New manufacturing and packaging methods, along with product innovation, have given the company outstanding growth over recent years.
