Coca-Cola Europacific Partners recognised as a top employer in Australia

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) Australia has been recognised by the Top Employers Institute as a top employer in Australia for 2025.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of its HR Best Practices Survey.

The comprehensive survey consisting of 20 topics, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity & inclusion, wellbeing and more. CCEP has been recognised for its achievements in fostering a workplace culture centred around purpose and values, ethics and integrity, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The recognition underscores CCEP’s commitment to creating a high-performing, respectful, and people-focused work environment.

“We’re extremely proud to have built a culture where our employees feel respected and empowered, and it’s a privilege for this to be recognised with CCEP’s accreditation as a top employer in Australia,” said Sally Byrne, vice president of People and Culture at CCEP Australia.

“Cultivating a strong sense of connection and community, where everyone feels welcome to be themselves, be valued and belong, not only supports individual performance, but also that of the collective. Our people are the driving force behind our business success, and so we will continue to invest in them and support their career growth.”

Globally, CCEP has made a series of commitments toward building an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace. Among these, by 2030, CCEP aims to have 45 per cent of its management positions held by women, and 10 per cent of the workforce to be represented by people with disabilities.

CCEP Australia is one of the largest bottlers and distributors of non-alcoholic and alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages in the country, driven by a team of more than 3,500 passionate people.

“The Top Employers Certification Programme highlights the dedication of our Top Employers as they continue to set the standard, consistently delivering world-class HR strategies and practices,” said David Plink, Top Employers Institute CEO.

“These top employers strive to foster growth and wellbeing, all while enriching the world of work. Amidst constant change—through technological advances, economic shifts, and evolving social landscapes—it is inspiring to see people and organisations rise to the challenge.”
