Launching in the supermarket aisles today, Coles is lowering the price of its award-winning Single Smoked Beechwood Half-Leg Ham to $8.00 per kg, making it the perfect centrepiece to any festive feast.
As part of Coles’ commitment to offer Christmas delights for every budget, the supermarket is offering a saving of 50 cents per kilogram compared to last year.
Aussies looking to impress their family and friends should look no further than the Australian sow stall free pork, lightly smoked for a traditional flavour and perfect for Christmas Day lunch and Boxing Day leftovers.
The sumptuous staple was awarded a bronze medal at the 2022 Sydney Fine Food Show and will be a key feature in many customers’ celebrations.
Coles General Manager of Meat, Deli and Seafood Martin Smithson said the supermarket was delighted to offer customers great value on quality hams with the festive season starting price of $8 per kilo being the lowest for this type of ham for four years.
“At Coles, we know the importance food has in bringing us all together to create an extraordinary experience, but we also know that it’s been a difficult year for Aussies who are continuing to feel the effects of cost-of-living, which is why this Christmas we’ve stepped up our offering with great value on a classic Christmas Day staple,” Martin said.
“We’re incredibly proud of our must-have, 100% Australian and sow stall free Single Smoked Beechwood Ham and we’re excited to offer customers the opportunity to spend less on their ham than last year.”
