Costi’s Seafood has just launched their new online store, delivering market-fresh seafood, prepared and packed each morning, directly to consumers’ doors.
Choose from a wide selection of the freshest, highest quality seafood, including whole lobsters, fish fillets, oysters, prawns, sashimi platters and ready-made meals such as seafood lasagne and fish pie.
A skilled team of chefs prep the online ready-made meals daily, led by industry veteran James Wallis. Wallis has over 18 years of experience as a chef, having headed up restaurants such as Love.fish & Indu in Australia and cooked alongside Gordon Ramsay in the UK.
Family run business Costi’s is a renowned and trusted name within the Australian food industry. Managing director Steve Costi’s father opened a fish shop in Lakemba in 1958, and Steve Costi’s Seafood began back in 1985 with the opening of his first store in the David Jones food hall on Market Street in Sydney.
He quickly earned a reputation for sourcing the best quality and largest variety of produce available in Sydney, working directly with local fishmongers. Fast forward 36 years and Steve has over 20 stores Australia-wide – and now his online seafood store.
