CSIRO uncovers the flavours and aromas of wine [PODCAST]

There are many factors that can affect wine quality. Good quality wines are distinctive but can be difficult to reproduce – even if the grapes used are from the same vineyard.
 

Under the Food Futures National Research Flagship, CSIRO Plant Industry Scientist Dr Paul Boss and his team investigate which compounds in grapes contribute to aroma and flavour in wine.
