Cutting-edge conveyors at Foodpro 2011

The most cutting-edge conveyor developments and technologies will be on display at Foodpro 2011, the largest show for the food and beverage processing industry of its kind in Australaisa.

Exhibitors showcasing their most innovative conveyor equipment at this year’s Foodpro exhibition will demonstrate industry expertise in providing hygienic, safe and efficient food handling solutions.

One of the many specialist conveyor exhibitors at this year’s Foodpro exhibition, Comcater will introduce the latest addition to their Impinger family of conveyor ovens, the Lincoln Impinger 3255 and 3270.

Lincoln Impinger conveyor ovens are the premier continuous cook platform for the food manufacturing industry.

Using the latest advancements in air impingement technology, Impinger ovens allow for rapid heating, cooking, baking and crisping of foods whilst ‘locking’ the moisture in food to retain product weight and flavour.

Also exhibiting at Foodpro 2011, Hurll Nu-Way will present new ground-breaking technology, Aerzemer Maschinenfabrik’s first Rotary Lobe Compressor, the Delta Hybrid, at Foodpro this year.

One of the most innovative products in compression technology combining expertise from rotary lobe blowers and screw compressors, the Delta Hybrid series covers a flow range of 110 to 4100 m³/h with 12 machine sizes and, depending on size, for positive up to 1500 mbar g. and vacuum to -700 mbar g.

The new Aerzen Delta Hybrid packages have been designed for oil free compression of air and neutral gases with applications in varied industries such as food industries or the pneumatic transport of powders while achieving highest energy efficiency and reduction of life cycle costs.
