Dry Product Filling Line, Brand: Maharshi

Unit is a complete stainless steel powder / dry product filling & packaging line.
It was previously filling & packing powder & dry granular products into plastic jars.
Jar size was 100mm L x 100mm W x 250mm H with an 87mm diameter cap.
Year: 2020.

Line consists of the following main equipment:

2 x Inclined product screw conveyors fitted with vibrating screens to feed filler.
1 x Stainless steel 120mm Dia bottle de-accumulation table.
1 x 3 Head stainless steel volumetric filler, height adjustable.
1 x Inline stainless steel belt check weigher with reject station. Range: 20 gram - 6Kg.
1 x Single head stainless steel rotary capper complete with cap elevator.
1 x Inline stainless steel metal detector with reject station.
1 x Inline stainless steel induction sealer.
1 x Stainless steel Linx ink jet coder, Model# 8900.
1 x Stainless steel front & back labeling machine.
1 x mobile stainless steel dust collector.
1 x stainless steel accumulation table 1200mm Dia.

The line is complete and all cabling & air lines have been kept intact.
