PROTEC DIXAIR COMMERCIAL VEGETABLE FRUIT OPTICAL SORTER

This machine is in excellent condition.
It has not been used in production, was only used for a few times to test some products.

For the sorting of vegetables and fruit dices. It's an effective system to detect defects such as stains, spots, and colors in the shades of black, green, yellow and white.

The sorters works by means of a system of linear high speed camera high resolution, which inspects the product conveyed on the belt. The image analysis is carried out on an electronic board which exploits the newest technologies of integration and speed, entirely designed by Protec, to guarantee the highest performances. Combined with a powerful software for imagine elaboration it is possible to inspect defects with a resolution of 0.25 x 0.25mm.

The conveyor belt permits an easy maintenance and a rapid replacement, reducing at the minimum the parts to disassemble. The belt speed is adjustable up to 4 m/s.

The unsuitable product detected is ejected by means of air nozzles, actuated with electro valve. Their number and pitch depends on the type of product.

The software monitors all the functions:: machines settings, air pressure, motors activation, belt speed.
