With less than five months to go until AUSPACK 2009, exhibitors are signing up weekly to be a part of the largest biennial packaging and processing machinery, materials and associated technology exhibition for Australia and NZ.
Alcan Packaging Food Asia Pacific, Contract Packaging Systems (CPS), Thermal Coding Australia and Eriez will all be exhibiting at AUSPACK 2009.
Thermal Coding Australia to launch new lasers
Thermal Coding Australia will be launching its new range of laser marking equipment at AUSPACK 2009.
Thermal Coding Australia have been working closely with Macsa Lasers in Spain, a major global laser supplier for over 18 years, targeting specific niche markets where the existing CO2 laser technology has been unable to provide the appropriate solution.
According to Thermal Coding Australia sales manager, Peter Cumberlege, the company will be showcasing this new fibre laser technology at AUSPACK 2009.
Due to its inherent reliability, Thermal Coding Australia offers its laser customers exclusive 10 year peace of mind warranty, guaranteed.
“In the fibre range, there are two new additions available in Australia that are exclusive to Macsa and that we are showcasing at AUSPACK 2009,” Cumberlege said.
The first is a new high speed fibre flowrap laser that is capable of marking onto multiple flowrap materials without damaging the material, the laser head is a very compact unit 250mm x 110mm that allows for easy and simple integration into most flowrappers currently in the market place.
The second is a 20 watt high speed fibre laser that is capable of laser marking the bases of aluminium cans, giving the major can filling producers a new opportunity for replacing the existing inkjet with laser marking.
“Thermal Coding Australia, with its global suppliers and partners, are now able to offer complete coding solutions to its Australian and New Zealand Customers,” Cumberlege said.
“Come and see us at AUSPACK 2009 at stand 102, next to the front door.”
Contract Packaging Systems to showcase Siat/Mallis machines
CPS is the exclusive agent for Siat/Mallis, in Australia and NZ. This equipment is designed for end-of-line packaging machines consisting of carton sealers (tape & hot melt), pallet wrappers, carton erectors both in semi auto & fully automatic models and other associated machinery.
Siat is the largest manufacturer of these types of machines in the world and CPS has been importing them since Sept 1982.
Siat machines are suitable for food manufacturers, printers, packers, logistics companies, beverage manufacturers, and any industry where a carton needs to be sealed or wrapped.
CPS can assist with anything from the basic machines that have an output of 1 to 5 cartons a minute in a manual environment through to a fully automatic machine that can tape 16 random cartons a minute. Or in the pallet wrapping machines, there are models that suit customers that wrap 10 pallets a day, to customers that wrap 120 pallets an hour.
