Australian customers have rated Norco’s Fresh Full Cream Milk five stars, crowning the Australian dairy co-operative as Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customer Award winner for 2025.
The Most Satisfied Customer Award is determined through consumer surveys that evaluate factors such as overall satisfaction, value for money, customer service, and product performance. This award is given to brands that consistently meet high customer standards.
“As a grocery staple, a bottle of milk can be found in almost every shopping basket at the supermarket, so it’s no small feat for Norco to earn the top-rated customer satisfaction award as decided by Aussie shoppers themselves,” said Canstar Blue’s Campaign and Comms Lead, Eden Radford.
“Norco received a top rating of five stars for overall satisfaction from its customers, as well as five stars for taste, texture and packaging.
“In fact, it was the only brand to receive the top rating for all three categories.”
Norco delivers fresh dairy produced daily by 280 dairy farming families. Norco’s chief executive officer, Michael Hampson, highlighted how this recognition reflects the dedication of local farmers and workers across the supply chain.
