Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin

Four Pillars will be releasing its Olive Leaf Gin in September. The genesis of the spirit was a gin the company made in 2015 called Cousin Vera’s Gin – a gin made at Santamania in Madrid, and Four Pillars’ first foray into savoury, Mediterranean-inspired gin flavours.

The distiller has used olive leaf and oil from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties, all harvested at Cobram Estate.

The result is a gin that is savoury, textural, bright and great for any Martini. The Olive Leaf Gin is also good in a Spanish-style gintonic, with rosemary and lemon.

Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin has collected a gold medal at the 2020 World Spirits Competition in San Francisco.
