Haigh’s and Warndu follow up successful partnership with two new flavours

Haigh’s Chocolates, together with indigenous owned co-culture lifestyle brand Warndu, has revealed its latest flavour combinations under its three-year partnership.

Following the successful release of its Milk Chocolate and Finger Lime and Dark Chocolate with Davidson Plum, the two new limited-edition blocks deliver another tasting experience for chocolate enthusiasts.

Milk Chocolate with Muntrie and Honey and Dark Chocolate with River Mint have landed on Haigh’s Chocolates shelves and online and are expected to be available for up to twelve months.

Haigh’s Chocolates Chief Executive, Alister Haigh said the first release under the collaboration with Warndu was immensely popular among its customers.

“The popularity of the Haigh’s Chocolates Warndu collaboration exceeded our expectations. There is a real desire for our customers to try new and exciting flavour profiles and experience something truly unique,” said Haigh.

“The smoothness of Haigh’s Chocolates together with these carefully selected indigenous Australian ingredients makes for a perfect pairing and we hope that our customers enjoy these new products as much as we do.”

• Milk Chocolate with Muntrie and Honey: Found across the south coast of Australia, Muntries are small berries with a delicious, spiced apple flavour which matches perfectly with the bold flavour of Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey. Carefully combined into toffee chips and Haigh’s premium milk chocolate, this pairing creates a delicious toffee apple flavoured block.

• Dark Chocolate with River Mint: Native River Mint is most commonly found across South East Australia where it thrives along creek beds and in shaded areas. The strong fragrant flavour is reminiscent of spearmint with a unique herbal twist.

Now available for $15.00 per block at Haigh’s Chocolates 22 stores in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and online at haighschocolates.com
