Hillier launches dessert collection

Australia’s oldest chocolatier, Hillier, has launched its exclusive “Dessert Collection” range.

The new range consists of three soufflé flavours: lemon meringue, sticky date and crème brulee.

At the Sydney launch of the Hillier’s Dessert Collection on Wednesday, General Manager Annamaria Lapetina, said the idea of “licking the baking spoon” had inspired the new range.

The Melbourne-based company also launched their White Christmas Pudding chocolate last week. The chocolate features a combination of cranberries, nuts and citrus peel; offering consumers a sweeter alternative to the company’s traditional dark chocolate Christmas pudding flavour.

According to Ms Lapetina, Hillier’s will also be launching 70 per cent cocoa and sugar-free chocolate ranges next year.
