Sydney Royal is calling all Australia’s best producers to enter its 2019 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show this Spring in a bid to be crowned a Sydney Royal Champion.
With competitions ranging from Branded Meats to Coffee, Sydney Royal aims to support the dynamic Australian Fine Food industry by providing an opportunity for exhibitors to benchmark their produce against the best in Australia and receive invaluable feedback.
To streamline judging this year, the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show has restructured its competitions for all to fall within the August/September period under one Fine Food Show.
As new and innovative products continue to emerge in Australia, Sydney Royal hopes this new structure will provide increased opportunity for Australian Exhibitors to have their produce benchmarked against the best in the Industry.
Sydney Royal Champions will be announced at the 2019 Taste of Excellence Awards to be held on Tuesday, 24 September. Bigger than ever, the Awards will take industry guest on a culinary journey allowing them to network, meet exhibitors and taste the award-winning produce at exhibitor stalls.
Competitions are to be held within the August/September period and include redesigned competitions ‘Chocolate and Confectionery’ and ‘Oil & Olives’, alongside Branded Meats, Smallgoods & Charcuterie, Professional Bakery, Coffee, Pasta, Preserves, Condiments and Specialty Products and Aquaculture.
