The ISOIL MV155 is a multi-parameter wireless data logger designed for monitoring flow, pressure, temperature and fluid level in food and beverage environments.

Wireless data loggers are increasingly being used across industrial operations to monitor and record process data without the limitations of wired systems. Capable of measuring and storing information in real time or at programmed intervals, the devices support applications ranging from temperature, humidity and pressure monitoring to fluid level and flow measurement.

The ISOIL MV155 is a multi-parameter wireless data logger designed for monitoring flow, pressure, temperature and fluid level in industrial environments. It accepts inputs from both analogue and digital devices, allowing multiple process variables to be monitored simultaneously and recorded for later analysis.

Collected data can be downloaded to a computer or transmitted remotely, reducing the need for manual data collection and supporting continuous process monitoring. The logger can be configured with a range of digital and analogue input combinations and is capable of supplying power to connected external sensors.

The MV155 can operate using lithium or alkaline batteries or an external power source. It is housed in a reinforced PA6 nylon enclosure with MIL connectors and is rated to IP68, making it suitable for outdoor installations and harsh operating environments.

Remote communications are provided via a 4G connection, with optional DNP3 protocol support. Data can be transmitted by email, SMS or FTP/S and integrated with ISOIL’s ISOD@M platform or compatible third party monitoring systems. Encrypted communications are used to protect transmitted data, while an intrusion alarm function can issue alerts via SMS and other wireless protocols if unauthorised access is detected.

Wireless data logging is widely used where process conditions must be monitored against predetermined operating limits. By recording data at regular intervals, operators can identify trends, analyse system performance and support predictive maintenance programs.

Typical applications for the MV155 include monitoring hydraulic networks, including leak detection, district metering and pressure management. The recorded data can assist operators in identifying network issues, improving operational efficiency and prioritising maintenance activities.
