Shares in WA-based Gage Roads Brewing have jumped after the company executed contracts with a Margaret River business and global food and beverage company.
In a statement Gage said it would shortly start production on two new products for the Australian division of San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corporation, Southeast Asia's largest food and beverage packing company.
Under the agreement Gage will produce two new products for San Miguel in March this year, with the goods predominately destined for the export market.
Gage also announced completion of the first batch of Duckstein Brewery's 'First Batch Pilsner'.
Both announcements saw Grange shares climb over 20 per cent yesterday.
In other news the company said an expansion plan to ramp up production to three million cartons a year by 2015 was still on track.
