New FruChoc flavours released in South Australia

Robern Menz and Big Shed Brewing Concern have released four limited edition FruChoc craft beer flavours in South Australia to high anticipation, with previous releases selling out in just 13 minutes.

The limited-edition beer flavours include cult favourite BruChocs as well as FruSour, BruChocs Dark Cherry and BruChocs White Choc Raspberry.

“We look forward to the release of Bruchoc every year,” Big Shed Brewing Concern director and owner Craig Basford said.

“It’s great to be able to champion and pay homage to SA’s favourite treat, the mighty Fruchoc. We love nothing more than bringing the unexpected, so when Robern Menz told us it was 10 years of FruChoc Appreciation Day we knew we had to go all out to make it a cracker.

“That’s why on top of the Fruchoc filled Bruchoc, we are bringing some new varieties and really get this party started.”

One of the new beers is FruChocs’ Dark Cherry BruChocs – a rich dark beer brewed with a dark cherry FruChoc flavour, bringing a cherry on top of the original signature apricot and peach BruChoc experience.

The BruChocs White Choc Raspberry is a new, creamy milkshake beer brewed with delicious raspberries; a radically different version of FruChocs famous dessert beer and inspired by the recently launched White Choc Raspberry FruChocs.

Perfect for “Sour Beer Day” on September 20, the FruSour is the final addition to the line-up. A tart, refreshing soured beer brewed with “Fru,” the delicious apricot and peach heart of a FruChoc. This is the soul of the mighty FruChoc, but not as you know it.

“We love a local collaboration and always have fun working with the Big Shed team,” Robern Menz CEO Phil Sims said.

“In previous years, BruChocs releases have disappeared within minutes, we’ve been truly humbled with the response! We love this fun and refreshing explosion of flavours and we know our fans will too!

“There is no better way to bring on Spring than to celebrate with South Aussie produce. This variety of beers is perfect for all the celebrations we have coming up, Sour Beer Day, Crush A Can Day and Drink Beer Day all taking place in September.”

Available for a limited time only at a retail price of $35 for a four pack, FruChocs are encouraging South Australians to head to Big Shed Brewing Concern and local independent bottle shops try the range.
