Australian poultry brand Steggles has launched a new range of chicken products ideal for barbecuing.
Steggles’ BBQ range includes:
• Value BBQ Pack: Ideal for larger families or groups – includes four marinated kebabs, five wings, six tenderloins and four traditional chicken sausages ($13.99).
• Aussie BBQ Pack: Includes four rissoles, 10 marinated wings in two flavours and four traditional chicken sausages ($9.99)
• Marinated Breast Steaks: These 97 per cent fat free marinated chicken breast steaks are available in Mediterranean and Red Thai and Herb flavour ($22.99 / kg).
• Marinated Breast Tenderloins: These 97 per cent fat free strips of chicken breast tenderloins are marinated with lime and coriander ($18.99 / kg).
• Marinated Chicken Pouch Packs: These marinated breast steaks or thigh fillets are packed in sealed sections and suitable for freezing ($12.99).
• Breast Steak Pouch Packs: These are 97 per cent fat free and come in three flavours: Thai (with coriander, garlic and chilli), Garden Herb (with rosemary, thyme and garlic) and Mediterranean (fresh basil, oregano, garlic and olives).
• Thigh Fillet Pouch Packs: Are available in Honey Soy (sweet honey with soy), Smokey BBQ (sweet and smokey with fresh tomato) and Portuguese (sweet and tangy lemon with chilli and garlic).
According to Steggles, all of its chickens are grain fed, free to roam in large barns, and are 100 per cent free of any added hormones or steroids.
Steggles’ new chicken barbecue range will be available now in all Woolworths meat departments nationally.
