Pernod Ricard has sold several of its New Zealand wine brands including Lindauer, Gisborne, and Hawke’s Bay with their related inventories and assets, to a group of major beverage companies.
The Australasian food and beverage company, Lion Nathan New Zealand, and New Zealand wine company, Indevin, have been reported as some of the buyers.
The sale, worth AU $68 million, was completed just before Christmas on 22 December.
