Pernod Ricard Winemakers releases Jacob

Pernod Ricard Winemakers has released Jacob, a vintage Australian sparkling wine.

On lees for 32 months, with the grapes sourced from a coterie of grape growers from South Australia, Jacob is bottle fermented and comprises the trinity of traditional Champagne varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.

Having flavours of baked apple, nougat and acidity balanced with bready complex aromas and a lasting finish, Jacob is made to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a selection of food, particularly seafood such as chucked oysters, BBQ scallops or calamari.
