Australian baby food manufacturer Rafferty’s Garden has announced the recruitment of a new management team – a move made a month after the buyout of the company by Sales Link Australasia and private equity firm Anacacia Capital.
Michael Tinkler has been hired by Rafferty’s as the company’s new managing director.
Mr Tinkler, who has 30 years of senior management experience from Goodman Fielder, Electrolux, Johnson and Johnson, Cadbury Schweppes and Unilever, will join the company’s Board alongside Rafferty’s founder Adrian Pike, Sales Link CEO Con Athans and Anacacia’s Ern Pope and Jeremy Samuel.
Mr Tinkler said: “The performance of Rafferty’s Garden is phenomenal and I am very excited to be working alongside Adrian and the team to continue its success.”
