Mantracourt has announced a redesigned T24 system that offers high performance wireless sensor technology used to transmit, receive and display measurements. This system replaces the existing wired system, enabling lower installation and maintenance costs. It’s a compact, multi-sensory input technology with a transmission range of up to 800 metres.
The system can be used in various industries and applications with its compact size and IP67 waterproof levels. These applications include monitoring of high altitude roads, under-construction buildings, and level control and flow sensing of unit operations during the waste management process or within the agriculture industry. Most recently, Applied Measurement Australia Pty Ltd. (Mantracourt’s Australian partner) employed the T24 system in the optimization of the tilt table used to test the stability of a vehicle by the Australian Automotive Research Centre (AARC). Applied Measurement Australia upgraded the existing measurement system to the T24 system because the T24’s wireless measurement technology, easy set up and operation combined with its waterproof ability made it the perfect choice for the rugged environment it would be applied to. The T24 system employed by Applied Measurement Australia was than connected to a laptop fitted with the USB receiver base station (T240BSUE) containing Mantracourt’s logging and mapping software (T24LOG100).
The T24 system provides high performance in the field and employs an external power supply in case of failure. It also communicates with other wireless sensing devices, transmitting highly accurate results at rates as high as 200 per second. Moreover, the system can be connected to a computer or a T24 base station and adjusted using the T24 Toolkit software.
With a battery life of up to five years and IP67 waterproof levels combined with wireless technology, the T24 system can be connected to a laptop with the USB receiver base station containing Mantracourt’s logging and mapping software.
Its high performance and durability allows the T24 system to be used across various industries.
