Stockland to sell dairy processing site in WA

Perth-based Stockland is keen to sell its 12-hectare industrial site based in the city’s Balcatta suburb. The company bought the site in 2014 for just over $53 million.

Currently the site has been used as a milk processing and distribution facility that is being leased by Brownes Dairy, one of Western Australia’s longest running dairy companies.

The site is being sold by Collier’s International, and it is thought Stockdale is selling the site due to it wanting to concentrate on its properties in the eastern states.

There has been no comment from Brownes Dairy on the potential sale.
