Sweet new look for Equal

Equal, Australia’s number one low-kilojoule sweetener, has unveiled a fresh and vibrant new look for their packaging in 2009.

The new packaging design maintains the heritage blue and white colours of the Equal brand and brings to life the Equal brand values through stylish, hot beverage photography, and the inclusion of the iconic colour dotted logo.

The re-design has been introduced to keep in line with Equal’s broader marketing focus around hot beverage use, highlighting the taste experience and health benefits that Equal can add to a cup of coffee or tea.

According to the company, Equal has long been the preferred consumer choice for low-kilojoule sweeteners because of the quality of the product, trust in the brand and also the great taste. Consumers are able to substitute sugar for Equal in their hot beverages, or their cooking to lower their kilojoule intake while not compromising on taste.

Equal uses a unique combination of ingredients to provide the right level of sweetness with up to 98% less kilojoules less than sugar.

The new look packaging will be rolled out in the entire range of Equal products; Equal Tablets, Equal Sachets and Equal Spoon for Spoon, and is available in-store now.
