Terrazza Aperol to serve a slice of Italy at the Australian Open

Terrazza Aperol will be the place to visit at the Australian Open from this month to sit back and enjoy an Aperol Spritz in the summer sun.

Tennis fans and lovers of summer unite at the hottest destination at the Australian Open, besides the courts of course. Terrazza Aperol will be the place to visit at the Australian Open from 14 to 27 January to sit back and enjoy an Aperol Spritz in the summer sun.

Located on Grand Slam Oval at Melbourne Park, Terrazza Aperol will boast a bespoke 15-metre-long bar, bean bags, lounges and an elevated cabana experience for drinking, with aperitivo boxes where tennis fans can sit back with refreshments.

Spectators at the Australian Open may also enjoy an Aperol Spritz at a number of bars and restaurants across the Melbourne Park precinct, including the sleek new Bar Atrium with breath-taking views of the Melbourne city skyline.

Simon Durrant, Managing Director – Australia at Campari Group, said: “Nothing says summer more than enjoying an Aperol Spritz on a balmy afternoon, especially when paired with an exciting game of tennis! That’s why Terrazza Aperol will be the location to socialise with friends and family over a drink and discuss all the action on and off the court.

“We are excited to add some buzz to the Australian Open experience in 2024 and beyond, and welcome tennis fans to enjoy a slice of Italy in Melbourne.”

Terrazza Aperol at will be open on Grand Slam Oval in Melbourne Park from 14 to 24 January when the tennis is in session.

The Terrazza Aperol activation is part of Aperol’s partnership with Tennis Australia from 2024 for the next four years.
