The event “Taste and excellence in Rome: an encounter with Terre di Siena” has been organized thanks to the joint effort between the District of Siena, Regina Hotel Baglioni and the Confederation of traders of Siena, which celebrates also the tenth anniversary of “Girogustando”, during which, every year, chefs from Siena work with chefs from other parts of Italy to prepare “four-handed” dishes
On Wednesday March 30 in the enchanting atmosphere of the Regina Hotel Baglioni, food, art, music and culture will knowingly be mixed during different moments through interesting sensory workshops, tasting and entertainment.

The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Sala Belvedere of the hotel: Annamaria Guiducci, art historian, and one of the producers of the Cinta Senese Consortium will lead the sensory workshop entitled “Cinta senese, noble animal” dedicated exclusively to Cinta pork, original ambassador of the area’s gastronomic offer. At 9 p.m. a selected group of cooks from Siena and “Girogustando” will serve a gala dinner of excellent “Terre di Siena” products prepared in the kitchen of Brunello Lounge & Restaurant of Regina Hotel Baglioni.
