The INTERFACE T29 slip ring hex drive rotary torque transducer is designed for accurate torque measurement in screw driving systems and other dynamic rotary applications.
Combining a compact design with high measurement accuracy, the unit is suited to industrial environments where reliable torque monitoring and process control are required.
The transducer features a slip ring design with a drive hexagon and output hexagon socket equipped with a quick action chuck. This configuration allows for integration into existing systems while enabling rapid tool changes and continuous rotation measurement. Its compact construction makes it suitable for installations where space is limited, while high torsional stiffness helps ensure precise torque transfer during operation.
The T29 is suitable for process measurement and control technology, automotive manufacturing, tool engineering and specialised machinery. It can be used for testing, monitoring and control tasks where accurate torque data is essential to maintaining product quality and process consistency.
Designed for demanding operating conditions, the transducer delivers dependable performance across a variety of industrial environments. Its short axial length reduces installation requirements without compromising measurement capability, making it a practical option for both new equipment and retrofit projects.
An optional Transducer Electronic Data Sheet (TEDS) function, compliant with IEEE 1451.4, is also available. This feature simplifies sensor identification and configuration, helping reduce setup time and supporting more efficient system integration.
By combining compact dimensions, continuous rotation capability and high measurement accuracy, the T29 provides manufacturers and engineers with a versatile solution for rotary torque measurement and process control applications.
