Wine Australia has opened its annual customer engagement stakeholder survey, running from 2–30 June, to support the services and programs delivered for Australian grape and wine businesses.
Grape growers, wine producers, exporters, government, and industry partners are encouraged to participate and provide feedback on Wine Australia’s performance across the following key areas:
- Research and innovation.
- Market development and regulatory services.
- Market insights.
- Customer engagement.
Levy payers and Wine Australia subscribers will receive a survey link from Intuitive Solutions, Wine Australia’s independent research partner. The survey is open to anyone working within the Australian grape and wine community and only needs to be completed once.
“This survey is a really important opportunity for us to hear from the people who fund our work and ensure we’re delivering value where it matters most,” said CEO of Wine Australia Martin Cole.
“It’s a direct channel for grapegrowers, winemakers, exporters and industry partners to tell us what’s working, where we need to do better, and how we can deliver greater impact.”
One key area where community feedback will shape outcomes is the prioritisation of the One Grape & Wine Sector initiative, which will underpin the Wine Australia Strategic Plan 2025–30.
“Listening to our customers is not a one-off exercise; it’s a core part of how we work,” Cole added.
“We’re encouraging everyone in the sector to take a few minutes to complete the survey.
“Your feedback helps us ensure we’re working on the right priorities to support a more profitable, sustainable and resilient grape and wine sector.”
The survey remains open until 30 June 2025.
